How to Track Your Order

  1. Check Your Email: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Gardenxus. This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to the shipping carrier's website where you can monitor your package's progress.
  2. Visit the Carrier's Website: Click on the tracking link provided in your email or visit the respective carrier's website (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, or a freight carrier for large items) and enter your tracking number manually.
  3. Account Login (Optional): If you created an account with Gardenxus, you may also be able to find your order history and tracking information by logging into your account on our Site.

Important Notes on Tracking

  • Tracking Activation: Please allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking number to become active and update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
  • Processing Time: Remember that processing times (typically 1-3 business days for standard items, 3-5 business days for large equipment) occur *before* your order ships and tracking information is generated. For more details, refer to our Shipping Information.
  • Freight Deliveries: For large equipment shipped via freight, the carrier will typically contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the item reaches your local terminal.
